India U23 and Sri Lanka U23 will meet in the final of ACC emerging Team Asia Cup 2018

India U23 after defeating pakistan U23 reaches the final so as Sri Lanka U23 defeating Bangladesh U23

In the first semi final India U23 beats Pakistan U23 to climb up to the final of the tournament and similarly Sri Lanka U23 beat Bangladesh U23 and reached to final to meat Indian U23 side. In the first semi final Pakistan U23 batted first and put only 172  before getting all out in 45th over . For Pakistan Their wicket keeper as well as captain Rizwan made well 67 in 95 deliveries. Saud shakeel also made 62 in 72 deliveries. For Indian bowlers Markandey took 4 for 38 runs in 9.4 overs.

In the second inning India batted well to chase down the target of 173 in just 27.3 overs. For them Himmat singh and Nitish Rana played beautiful inning of 59 and 60 respectively. For bowling No one bowled well and only managed to get 3 wickets. In the second semi final Sri Lanka U23 beat Bangladesh U23 easily. While batting first Bangladesh made 237 in 49.1 overs before getting all-out. For Bangladesh mizanur Rahman played well and made 72 in 95 deliveries before getting runout. Yasir Ali also made 62 to take his team to 273. For bowling C Karunaratne took 4 wickets for 31 runs in 8 overs.

 While chasing the target of 238 Sri Lanka loose couple of early wickets but kamindu Mendis played well and made 91 not out In just 88 balls with the help of 9 fours. Weerakkody also played well and get 47 runs in just 37 balls. With the help of this runs Sri Lanka reached to the target in 48.2 overs with 4 wickets in hand. For bowling Shoriful Islam took 2 wickets for 50 in 9.2 overs.
